To get your Georgia Real Estate License, you must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check with no disqualifying criminal history. You’ll need to complete a 75-hour pre-licensing course approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, pass the course exam, and then pass the state licensing exam. Once you do, you can apply for your license and start your real estate career in Georgia.
Our live instructor-led courses are delivered online via Zoom. You will need a computer with internet access, a camera and a microphone to attend the course. The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires you to attend 75-hours of pre-licensing instruction before you can take the state licensing exam. You must have a camera so the instructor can validate your attendance. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Classes are held on Monday's and Thursday's from 6pm to 10pm eastern time. The entire 75-hour course runs a total of 10-weeks. A complete class schedule will be available for download upon your enrollment.
The tuition for the course includes the cost of your textbook. When you register, you will be required to enter your shipping address for the delivery of your textbook. Upon completion of the 75-hour course you must take the state real estate licensing exam. Your tuition includes proctoring of that state exam.
