Terms and Conditions for Enrollment in Coastal Real Estate Academy LLC ("CRA")

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any course, workshop, training, or program offered by Coastal Real Estate Academy LLC ("CRA," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Enrollment is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent that you meet all prerequisites or licensing requirements (if any) for the course or program selected.
2. Registration and Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, if applicable.
- Payment must be made through approved methods (credit card, ACH, or any platform we provide).
- CRA reserves the right to cancel your registration for non-payment.
3. Attendance and Completion Requirements
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, complete required coursework, and meet any minimum participation or performance standards in order to receive credit, certificates, or continuing education recognition.
- Digital badges or certifications will only be awarded upon successful completion of at least 80% of the course content, unless otherwise stated.
4. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and ethically. CRA reserves the right to remove any participant from a course or workshop due to disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior without a refund.
5. Use of Materials
- All course materials, including handouts, videos, presentations, and digital content, are the intellectual property of CRA and/or its instructors; and/or the publishers of any particular textbook used for the course. These materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
7. Media Release
- By enrolling, you grant CRA permission to use photographs, video recordings, and testimonials taken during workshops or courses for marketing and educational purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the course start date.
8. Limitation of Liability
- CRA is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in any course, including but not limited to technical issues, travel interruptions, or use of course information. Participation is at your own risk.
9. Modifications
CRA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued enrollment in courses after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the State of Georgia, US , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
